MillerKnoll was formed in July, 2021, when Herman Miller, Inc. purchased Knoll, Inc., establishing a collective of dynamic brands that comes together to design the world we live in. Herman Miller and Knoll, our two flagship brands, have been at the forefront of modernism since the 1940s. They have over 100 pieces in the permanent collection at MoMA and designs in over 40 museum collections worldwide.
