Trimont, a leading global commercial real estate loan services provider sought to create a modern yet timeless headquarters space in their new office at Two Alliance Cener in Atlanta that would appeal to their multi-generational workforce. The design had to align with their vision of sophistication and functionality, while following a defined budget.

One of the significant challenges faced during the project was that the scope and space requirements evolved over the course of development, yet the original budget remained unchanged. This required careful planning, flexibility, and creative problem-solving to meet the client’s expectations without compromising on quality. Meredith, the lead designer on the project, played a pivotal role in sourcing value-priced furniture options that aligned seamlessly with the desired aesthetic of the space. An innovative feature of the project was Trimont’s request for larger single monitors with split-screen functionality instead of traditional dual monitors.
